Our New Menu

At the Auberge Refuge du Col du Béal, our new menu celebrates simple, generous and delicious home-style cooking, inspired by our region and the changing seasons.

During the week, discover our selection of omelettes, served with a small salad, as well as our speciality: La Fourmiflette® by Hervé Mons, a delicious dish made with Fourme de Montbrison AOP, a renowned local blue cheese.

Every weekend, we also offer a set menu, created according to the season, the products available and the chef’s inspiration.

We are committed to offering simple, generous, homemade food, showcasing local producers whenever possible, as well as the flavours and products of the Hautes-Chaumes.

A menu that evolves with the seasons… and with our desire to share good food and local flavours with you at the Col du Béal.
